Technical Support Service for FCC
The Technical Support Service is being offered for FCC units. In this service, refinery FCC unit operating data reports will be run through a comprehensive process that will analyze each reported variable against appropriately determined unit-specific ranges to segregate reports with bad data. Each data analysis will examine the mass balance, heat balance, critical operating and yield ratios, and provide a series of charts that highlight unit yields with key operating parameters. Technical Support Service reports will be generated on a regular basis that highlight issues of operational significance for consideration by the refiner.
